I’ve been playing Dinosaurs in an Amulet Titan shell now for several months. What happens when we swap out the dinos for sea monsters? Is Koma, World-Eater the new Primeval Titan? Practice Match 1 vs. Storm
As I find time over the next few days, I’ll be updating this article with the decklist and as many videos as I can manage. One change I’ve already made is to switch out Scourge of Fleets for Hullbreaker Horror. Scourge of Fleets is really only good in conjunction with Dryad of the Ilysian Grove. With only four copies of the Nymph Dryad and two Islands, I have a feeling that Scourge of Fleets will more often than not be a 7-mana 6/6. That’s pretty bad.
Meanwhile, Hullbreaker Horror is bigger, full of relevant text, and, in the right spot, can do the same thing as Scourge of Fleets.
Kiora, Sovereign of the Deep is on my watch list for cutting. I need more reps with the deck, though, to see how good she is. I can see her snowballing us on our way to victory. I can also see her as just win-more. I can see replacing this 5-drop with a powerful 3- or 4-drop that either furthers our gameplan or presents a must-answer threat of its own.
